Haibo holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology obtained in September 2007. He also holds a BSc Degree in International Finance from Capital University of Economics and Business, Beijing, China, obtained in June 1993. Haibo started his career with China Investment Bank where he worked as an Accounting Staff from 1993. In 1999 he moved to Ye Gang Economy & Technology Development Co., Ltd., where he worked as an Accountant. He later was to move to Sinosteel Corporation in 2003 where he also worked as an Accountant. In 2005 he became Finance Manager for Sinosteel International Holdings Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong). He was to later transfer, holding the same position, to Sinosteel International Mineral Resource Limited, Beijing, in 2010. In 2022 he moved to Sinosteel Philippines H.Y. Mining Corporation as Financial Controller, the position he held before joining Zimasco as Chief Finance Officer in January 2025.
