Chaojun holds a Bachelor of Traffic and Transportation Management degree from the Wuhan University of Technology obtained in 2006. His working career commenced in July 2006 with Sinosteel Shipping Company Limited (SSCL) as Sales Junior for the Chartering Department. In July 2009 he was transferred to the Marketing Department. In March 2014 he moved to the Shipping Department as a Vice Manager. Still with SSCL, he was transferred holding the same position to the Chartering Department in April 2014. In May 2017 he was further transferred on the same position to the Risk Management Department. In May 2018 he transferred to the Logistics Department as Vice Manager. In January 2021 he joined Zimasco as Logistics Manager and was promoted to General Manager Marketing in March 2022.
